Lluc, a biologist scarred by the disappearance of his wife Maria, begins a scientific investigation on Quest, an uninhabited island that is said to be haunted by supernatural beings and was the last place Maria visited. Traces of Maria’ life on the island gradually appear, bringing him into contact with ghosts from his own past. The arrival of Carme, his sister who he hasn’t seen for ten years, forces him to confront his deepest fears.
